Q: Are the pictures true or false?

A: All images are completely taken by ourselves, the color phenomenon occurred only in a few pictures, see them clearly before taking the item in your cart.

A: We get the sneakers directly from the Chinese factories that produce the copies of the most famous sneakers, we have a guarantee of quality. For this reason, the price of a sneakers in our store is much lower than the shoes you can buy in the store or in reselling.

A: Method 1. Browse our website, according to kind navigate pictures, choose and shop your favorite shoes. Method 2. Enter the sneakers keywords which you like in the search box and then search it.


Q: How can I place an order? 

A: Shop with us is easy and enjoyable! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorites on our website.

1. Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy.

2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the quantities, sizes, etc. and add the item to your shopping cart.

3. When your shopping is done and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.

4. If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for checkout. If you are a new customer at our website, create an account and check out. For a faster checkout experience, we also offer the option to checkout without creating an account.

5. Fill in all the correct information of the billing and shipping details. Select your delivery methods and payment methods you want.

6. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct.

7. Confirm the order and you will have an order number (a confirmation email will be sent to you soon, please also check your junk box). Contact us with your order number and request our payment details.

8. After you finish your payment, just please wait patiently for QC pics of your shoes, it normally will take about 24 hrs to ready to send QC pics to you. After you confirmed the QC pics, we will ship your sneakers in 24 hours, and will send you the tracking number and tracking details.


Q: How to pay?

A: 

1. Make payment by Credit/Debit Card using Western Union online.

It's very easy and simple to make payment by your Credit/Debit Card using Western Union online, you will get discount price from us, and also enjoy $0 - ultra-low charging fee from WU. Please visit this page for more.


2. Make payment by Credit/Debit Card using Wise online.

Make payment by your Credit/Debit Card using Wise is easy, we will offer you discount price, Wise will offer you lower charging fee, please refer to this guide.


3. Make payment by Paypal  (only “Friend Family” forumula).

Firstly, create/log into your account at our site and add sneakers to your shopping cart as usual.

Next, go to your shopping cart and select PayPal for your payment method. Follow the "How to order?" process above to confirm your order, this will generate an order number which you should send us via WhatsApp, Skype, etc.

After sending your order number, you will receive a PayPal account to send payment to (this must be sent as a GIFT/FRIENDS AND FAMILY).

Paid? Next, send proof of payment (a screenshot is good), PayPal account name and your email address (again via WhatsApp, Skype, etc.,).

If you followed this successfully, your shoes will be collected from the factory and you will receive QC pictures.


Q: Can I receive a photo before purchasing the product?

A: You can get the photos for quality control after making the purchase, to authorize the shipment. We will not send any photos before purchase, please just view the photos in our site, all the sneakers images are taken by our team.


Q: How long does it take for delivery?

A: 

- We can ship packages through multiple logistics agents, among which DHL/FedEx/USPS are our fastest and safest delivery methods. So we use DHL/FedEx/USPS to ship your package(s), due to the impact of the epidemic, use DHL/FedEx (shipping fee: $24/pair), usually within 8-15 days , the delivery will be completed, use USPS (shipping fee: $14/pair), usually within 15-20 days, your package(s) will be delivered.

- For countries/regions where DHL or FedEx/USPS does not ship, or regions that need to pay expensive tariffs, we will use EMS-E, EUB as alternative options. 

- If you want cheaper shipping method, please contact us, we also support China Post, ePacket etc.,

- Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:

  Delays due to weather

  Delivery is outside major city

  Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers

  Delays to the unavailability of product(s)

  Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address

  Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday

  Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification


Q: How to track my item?

 A:

- We will send you your tracking number within 24 hours after you confirmed the QC pics. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order and the tracking number.

- Note that it may take up to one business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website, if you couldn't get the shipping information from the carrier website operated in the ways as our advised, please track it again in the next working day.


Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online at your website?

A: Yes! Protecting your personal information is extremely important for us. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.   

 

Q: How do I can change my order?

A: When we received your payment, we will deal with your order within 24 hours. So if you real want to change it, we hope you can tell us ASAP. If we ship it, it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand. 


Q: What is OGAndy's Return Policy?

A: We hope you love our sneakers, but if you are not satisfied, we now accept returns for a refund! We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from OGAndy can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.,). It is very important that please contact our customer service team within 7 days when you received the package.

 

Q: How much of the price if I make a large/bulk order (More than 6 Paris)?

A: If you are interested in purchasing more than 6 pieces, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please contact us and provide the following information:

- The product(s) that you are interested in

- The exact order quantity and size for each product

- Your desired time frame

- Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes

Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save. For instance, if your order quantity is 20, the average shipping cost per unit will be much cheaper than if you just buy one piece.
